Wow wow wow. What a fantastic performance of a fantastic poem. Love this idea of we experience love in our lives, yes that it can be a long stay or very fleeting indeed. And we should hold onto that and appreciate it for every moment we can. Celebratory and tinged with pain, beautiful.

And even years later, this is still my favorite piece😍😍

I first came across this poem in highschool and it's almost 10 years after high school now and I still come back to it. Always a different person when I listen to it. I will forever love and appreciate it. It has a special place in my heart ❤️

I have come back to this poem every year for 7 years and I fall in love with it all over again every time.

Oh my god I got goosebumps for real

Heard it for the first time when I was 15, didn’t make much sense back then. Now I’m 22, recently broke off a 6 year old relationship and it all makes sense… I know leave and leave the door open and thank them, love was genuine while it lasted.

I literally cannot believe I still get goosebumps! Have been a fan for over 8 years now.

But you know what..... past trauma and limerence together is a deadly combination... this "love" turns into another cycle of trauma.
