As a filipino car guy it is true that pickups and suvs like hilux, rangers or fortuners are popular due to road conditions, and yes i confirm we love civics since its cheap and it is often to see an old civic tuned in the road

Mini Japanese trucks / vans are mostly Suzuki or Mazda built A.K.A Transformer's ( because they arrive with Right hand drive and are transformed after arrival to Left Hand drive. Too bad you can't fit into one to drive. ( limited to people 6 ft 1 or smaller ) Chad your like 6 ft 8.
That wild White Jap mini van with the Coi is not street legal in the Philippines. LTO ( Land Transportation Organization ) says all vehicles on roads must be Left hand drive.
