ОтветитьParenting done right! Great video as usuaL!
Ответитьthe spring tension in some new mechanical fuel pumps are too strong and are causing overpressure.
ОтветитьThanks for another great video.
ОтветитьGood job. Keep the good content

ОтветитьFlat-broke garage had the exact same probloem with the new fuelpump on his jeep wagoner in his latest video, way to much fuel pressure. He bought another one from Napa i think that worked.
ОтветитьToo bad its so rusted out, it's a classic !! Your kids are adorable !! Great video as usual

ОтветитьYou guys are quite amazing. Brilliant skills on show, educating thousands at the same time and not giving up. Your kids will have memories for life in that Jeep.
ОтветитьThe look on your dad’s face was really funny.
ОтветитьJust need a fuel pressure regulator
ОтветитьPlease don’t smack me tree is a perfect Jeep shirt !!!
ОтветитьHi Budget Buildz!
I like the work that you made on car's, especially to see you working on an old RV. I also particulary like the car who have take fire and that you repair recently. The fact of seeing those 2 one's get back on the road and the works that you made on it is honorable. Beeing a french canadian, English is not my first languages. One of my good friend translated this comment to make sure that you understand it.
I just watched a VGG video on a Jeep and noticed the fuel filter had a dual outlet. I assumed it allowed for a return line to the tank. Never let full pressure build post-pump without sending more of the fuel back to the tank. Jeep's version of a regulator?
IDK
Low buck garage had almost the exact same issue with a replacement fuel pump on the "$2" jeep he's working on.
ОтветитьTwo handsome men riding in a CJ5. Perfect!
ОтветитьThe spider crisis was just what I needed today! Thanks!
ОтветитьCharlie had a spider friend and made a little song
ОтветитьIm ready for a VW video
ОтветитьYou guys are quite amazing. Brilliant skills on show)))
ОтветитьPole barn garage just had the same fuel pump issue on a Ford. The Chinese ones create way too much pressure and cause tons of issues with carbs. He had to use a different pump that he bench measured at single digit PSIs. Looks like you're having the same issue.
ОтветитьIf they ever invent a time machine, I'm taking y'all back to 1984 at Minot AFB, ND and have you help me with my 69 Nova so I didn't have to trade it for a 78 Honda Accord hatchback.
Ответитьfirst things first would have been removing that knee knocker tow bar lol
ОтветитьIt’s enjoyable to see the few videos of these jeeps being drug out and brought back.
Ответитьthat "power steering" and pssnger seat looks like its going to hurt someone. as for the power steering, i noticed when you were returning to the house and steering, it "seemed extremely painful" like it neeeds alo more work,
ОтветитьFrom what I've heard about marine applications with mechanical fuel pumps, you need to shim or space out the pump from the block to get the proper pressure. I suspect that is the reason they supply two gaskets now a days. Worth a try.
ОтветитьI had an old CJ5 I rebuilt to pristine condition. It was a really fun car. I sold it easily for top dollar. Kind wish I would have kept it. That and my Volkswagen bus camper van were my favorite cars.
ОтветитьYou should restore that beautiful jeep.
ОтветитьThem kids were having a blast, nice seeing that for a change, other than on the devices kids have these days. That jeep is rugged.
ОтветитьHopefully it wasn't a Brown Recluse, it's the brown ones you have to look out for.
Ответитьis that not the fuel return wich needs a line to the gas tank
ОтветитьI had a very cool blue 1977 CJ5...loved it.
ОтветитьShe's a beaut
ОтветитьI love that you got your kids involved in cleaning it out! You have a beautiful family! Great video!!!!!
ОтветитьThe noise your hearing is not the throughout bearing, it is the transmission making the noise while in neutral with the clutch out. The throughout bearing is not engaged with the clutch out, only when you push on the clutch in is the throughout bearing engaged, if the throughout bearing was engaged at all times it would wear out very quickly. You can use a fuel pressure regulator to keep the newer fuel pump from flooding the carburetor.
ОтветитьI love to have one of those jeeps but in my country theyre so expensive. Love your videos. Keep it up!
ОтветитьThat so much fun!
