This day was a littleeee pricier than usual! How much do you guys spend every day where you live? I'm curious how different the price is, so let me know! 😆
Ответитьomg I miss onigiri!!! 😭 never knew they had plain salted
ОтветитьEnjoyed your video. SPY x FAMILY is one of those shows that has no business being as entertaining as it is. Didn't anticipate liking it so much.
ОтветитьYou know it is bad for your skull to wear hats especially winter ones inside?
ОтветитьCoffee in Sydney is $5-$7 . Japan is cheap for food .
Ответитьwow you eat out a lot in your videos. feels stressful to make videos and keep a following in addition to a full time job. hazel eyes so rare. pray to shinto gods or abrahamic gods? I am atheist doesn't matter to me and if you think you will get trolled don't answer that.
ОтветитьI'll be in Tokyo Japan from Australia on the 22nd of Feb. Could you offer or advise some guides to assist on a tour. 1 or 2 days tops?
ОтветитьI haven’t found any Japanese city expensive especially compared to New Zealand. The thing is, the minimum wage in Japan is extremely low.
Ответитьno wifi at coffeee shop? thats seems a bit over the top..
ОтветитьDude you’ve got such pretty eyes!
ОтветитьYou have Anime eyes 😍
ОтветитьHow is she so cute omygy
ОтветитьI don’t want to sound argumentative but!…Sorry, you’re not paying $3/4 for coffee in Sydney at a “nice” cafe, try closer to $6. $3 for a train ticket that distance is less than half of what it would cost you in Melbourne ($7-10). $1.30 (approx) for a large, warm tea is a total bargain. Iced tea in Melbourne at 7/11 is $5.50. $8 for essentially, a whole pumpkin is also about right. It’s also going to be several meals. Avg gym membership p/m here is $86. Netflix in Aus is now $24 p/m. The onigiri is hard to convert but, let’s say an Aussie potato cake (or scallop) would be pretty comparable. $1.60. Physio treatments here are variable, between $80 to $150. So, while the costs may be pricey for people who live in Tokyo on Tokyo wages it’s cheap as chips for Australian and other people who want to holiday. ¥17832 is approx. $184AU. Adding my guesstimates, I get $240 and that’s $100 physio. I’ve just returned from Tokyo after a two week trip with my partner and 4 teenage kids. I can assure you that the cost of food, trains, entertainment and accommodation was at least half (probably even less) than what it would cost to do it in Aus. And the food! OMG! If only we had the quality that Japan dishes up! A quarter of the price and triple the freshness, taste and quality. Cant wait to get back 🇯🇵❤️
ОтветитьAn Australian with an Australian accent that lives in Japan and speaks Japanese and enjoys Japanese food and culture? I think I'm in love ❤️ lol
ОтветитьJust randomly saw your video and I did not regret clicking on it. I love how you're just doing your own thing and living your life. I would love to be living like that in Japan.
Ответитьtip on frothing milk: try to steam it near the top going almost to the top with the steaming wand but still keeping the tip submerged, do that for about 3-5 seconds more hold = more foam= more of a capuchino
ОтветитьHi, next time you make pumpkin soup try to peel the pumpkin first before you blend it normally you dont eat the skin :) the taste would be a lot smoother
ОтветитьFirst time here on your channel and I love it, very simple and chill vibes, you seem like a really nice person. I miss living in Japan and this was really great to watch, it’s simple things like these that really bring me back to my happy place 😅🙌🏽
ОтветитьI really enjoyed this episode Sarah, I very much hope there will be more in this series! Separately please give my best wishes to Emma (Tokidoki Traveller) I hope she has a speedy recovery! 🙏
ОтветитьHer "here" accent is 🔥
ОтветитьYou are eating while on the street?? In Japan?? Times sure have changed! I was told it was barbaric when I was there many years ago!
ОтветитьHow are you German but have an Australian accent? So confusing 😂
ОтветитьWhat's the name of the green train line? I think that's the one I rode a lot when in Japan 2 years ago. That area looks familiar.
ОтветитьYou’re so cute. Yeah Japan doesn’t have many cows or goats does it? I think the people that live out in the farm areas should definitely start thinking about getting cows and goats. I think we have some hard times coming. And it would be a good idea.
ОтветитьJapanese is pretty affordable. Sorry your statement are very wrong.
ОтветитьI was travveling in Japan for 3 months, and without housing (which is much higher if you just stay for a couple of days) it was not very hard to live cheap at all. I tried it for a couple of days in a row to see how the reality is. If you buy bigger packages and cook yourself it is easy to live on 1500-2000 yen a day for food and drink. Even if you go out once a day there are so many pricy places, so that you then at 2000-2500 yen a day.
Ответитьyes, if you posted this type of videos every half year or so, when you realise price changes, would be nice for preapering, how much pocket money i need, when i finally can afford a ticket to Japan.
thanks for sharing.
Seems like Tokyo is going to be cheap for me as a german. In a café in my small city we pay around 3€ or 4€ (470-620¥) for one coffee. 4-5€ for a small piece of cake (600-700¥). Fitness clubs (15000¥) around up to 100€ per month, sometimes much more. And these are prices in rural end of germany. But not only prices are a problem, the quality is much more worse everywhere. Going down to the ground.
ОтветитьYou look like really bad hygiene.
ОтветитьI enjoyed your video. Looking forward to more.
ОтветитьNicely done SeeraSama........
Ответить"Tokyo is considered one of the world's most expensive cities." No, no, no.
I can't believe this clip was posted only one month ago. If you want major-league rip-off prices, try UK. However, you do need a street-wise guide when you first arrive. Keep in mind, a better price is a phone call or round the corner away. At present exchange rates, and depending where you are from, just about everything relevant to the visitor is cheaper in Japan.
Jack, the Japan Alps
Forty years and counting
I haven't been to Japan in over 15 years. I'd love to go back mostly for the sushi. :)
ОтветитьHaving lived in Japan for a short period of time... I do find eating out is much easier, especially when space, utensils, cookery items are limited... Like I wouldn't even have a hand blender... But there are plenty of things that are cheaper at supermarket, I always found A5 Wagyu steak to be very cheap like ¥2500-3000 vs ¥10,000+ going out... but something simply like chicken and rice, it's definitely easier and same price eating out. I also found buying supermarket sushi to be a good deal.
ОтветитьGood Luck trying to get a coffee in Sydney for $3-4 lol
Ответитьdisliked for lack of international currencies like euro...
ОтветитьDo you know of any gyms in Tokyo that have day or week passes preferably with heavy weights? In other countries, I could make do with outdoor public workout areas or even just playgrounds with monkey bars but Tokyo doesn't seem to have any of the former and it seems to have a dearth of the latter.
Ответитьthe crazy thing is according to official data Tokyo is 9.2% cheaper than Dublin Ireland is insanely expensive
ОтветитьWhere is this onigiri shop?
Ответитьコンビニ飯はあまり良くないんじゃないか?
Ответитьits been 2 minutes and she keeps ordering food. then prays but has no idea who she is praying too lol
Ответитьstay away from the shoulder exercises, babe. once broken, the shoulder doesn't heal. witness testimonies: Arnold & Sylvestor. (you know whom)
anyhow, focus on keeping the hips tight, and the fat down...some kind of cardio - probably an elliptical or stationary bike. keep the knees and toes in good order...you'll need them. you can do arm exercises; biceps, triceps under very controlled circumstances...don't push for strength; push for endurance and some strength...you don't want wear, and you don't want tear.
The milk won't forth because the milk frother you're using isn't the best sadly. :( Amazing video!!!
Ответитьhow much do you lift in the gym?
ОтветитьFor frothy milk rinse the metal canister under cold water to make the metal nice and cold then froth away. Bang it on a surface a couple times when it froths to get the air out then one more blast with the steam arm and you’ll be golden 😄😄😄
ОтветитьLive=home. House? Apartment?
ОтветитьHere in the U.S for breakfast you gotta have some fruit for health. And sadly I hear so many times how affordable fruit is rare in Japan. I gotta have some fruit to be in shape.
Ответитьlooks so good, love the temple, very cool.
