Viewsonic projector and canvas screen 108',I think I am very ok for all together for the next 6 years experience also 5 years warranty total price 2008 euro...not a cheap one,not midrange and not super duper projector of 5~ 6 th- euro or plus
Ответить3D would make me so happy.
ОтветитьTech is always progressing better to wait until say 8k and more brightness and blacks also better frame rates. These prices will drop over time as does all tech. Way to expensive for what this is. No dolby vision wow!
ОтветитьWhat is the distance between the floor and the bottom edge of the screen?
ОтветитьWhats the effect of weather on screen? Did u experience any laxity of screen
ОтветитьHow do i get one if im a broke bitch?
Ответитьso now you are keeping the TV you have a £1500 screen doing nothing?
Ответить6 grand wow next
ОтветитьDon’t get a white screen and don’t use a white wall, I highly recommend getting “projector paint” which works the same as a screen and get it in a grey for richer blacks 👍🏼
Ответитьwhat screen you have?
Ответитьyou can get a 100 inch tv for less than the projector lol. in a year youll be able to get a 100 inch oled for less than 6k and there is a 0 percent chance a projector of any kind will look even close to as good. this setup is so insanely expensive for like no benefit.
ОтветитьAlthough this video is over a year old, however I do enjoy your points. I has been having interest in Ultra Short Throw for years and what you said is what I imagine. And I like to get one when I move into my new home. I like it compared to normal TV/ projectors on the fact that it gives me a cleaner room and it gives me a benefit of having one less big electrical appliance that is hard to move alone.
About the screen/projector wall paint, I understand it's a money worth to spend on for better quality. What about just on a white normal paint wall? Is it quality degrade really that bad?
I am asking this because I am renting and painting a wall or drilling some holes on the wall may be something I like to avoid.
prob a old trick ya aware of , buy tfor odl skl split screen, if the projector can do topdown/SBS 3D , u can do split screen using the full screen if its polarised
Ответитьthe problem is that you always need the dark room for it!!!
ОтветитьThe main consideration that i dont see mentioned much is the size of your living room makes a difference too. Unless you plan on splitting a big living room up with a couch in the middle, most ppl have the couch to one wall end and the Screen of the TV or projector to the other. A great projector/screen combo will fit any space and be cheaper than the equivalent TV option. In a 12ft living room or larger, a 70in TV will be too small to enjoy and a 120in would be extremely expensive compared to the best TV/Projector combo and would be harder to setup and transfer. Smaller livingroom? Get a TV everytime, but if not, definitely get a projector
Ответитьstill .... 6000 and 08.37 it s huge...
ОтветитьA drawback of this projector as well is it’s high power consumption of 350W 😅
ОтветитьYou could get a pull up screen and tuck it behind the coffee table. Pull it up when you need it. That way it doesn’t intrude on the room. You can even hang a picture on the wall.
ОтветитьWhat screen are you using
ОтветитьRey Romano sighs. 😂
Ответитьwow thats 12 thousand australian dollars - i got o chinese brand one MI Xiaomi for $2500 australian and its prety f%$kin good. not as good as that but really good...
ОтветитьWhy not just use the wall as a projector screen? It's the same thing if you use the right paint and sand it if needed.
ОтветитьOnly 3k no let me just bust it out real quick
ОтветитьTv for watching tv but projector for everyday watching is bad compared to a tv
ОтветитьPeople over 14, 15... years of age, still playing computer video games... They need to have their brains checked.
ОтветитьHows the sound? Is it good enough for a cinematic experience??
ОтветитьI recently relegated my Panasonic LZ1500 65 inch OLED to the bedroom. Replaced it in the lounge with a TCL DLT 98 inch QLED. It does not dominate my 18 by 17 by 8.5 feet lounge. I sit approximately 12 feet from the screen which, apparently, is equivalent to sitting in the 3rd row at the cinema. You very quickly become accustomed to that larger size and ‘normal’ tv viewing becomes, well, normal.
Yes, the OLED has the better quality picture. Yes, the QLED has the brighter picture. But those differences are only really noticeable in a side by side comparison. The larger QLED in my humble, opinion, wins out on its ability to draw you into that immersive picture.
From memory that 98 inch QLED has a peak brightness in excess of 2000 nits which out shines any projector. In my limited experience the QLED’s picture clearly out performs the picture of the projector in most aspects.
Then there is price. The entry level 98 inch QLED starts at around £3000. Whilst your 120 inch projector fills more of that wall, it is over twice the price. Yes you can get TV’s to match or out do that 120 inch, you need to remortgage the house to buy one.
In brief, for me and I suspect many others, a ‘XL’ tv is preferable to a projector and on the TCL I recently purchased, the audio performance is sufficiently good as to negate the necessity of a soundbar.
😊😊
Lie.... not same image to present the image.....
ОтветитьExcept the hdr is near non existent and very noticeable.
ОтветитьI have a very similar window right in the same spot as yours! My window size is 10 feet x 7 feet. Of course this can be closed if I watch the projector. But seriously how’s the performance of the ultra 4K 3 laser projector incase of light that cannot be controlled?
Secondly which is better for your eyes? Projector or a TV?
Why are you projecting a picture to the ceiling? Is it convenient for you to look at the top from a sitting position? it's so lame=)
ОтветитьWhat's with the horrible band scrolling up the screen? That's unwatchable for me!
ОтветитьSo the pro for these is no hanging a tv on the wall yet you spent 1500 on a monitor to project the picture on. Makes no sense at all. You have the huge ugly screen filling an entire wall lol
ОтветитьI certainly prefer movies on a projected image, and not because of the size. Our eyes see the world through reflected light and I feel projected images feel more organic over tv’s, which are essentially like staring at a light source. I’m not so fussed about all the technicalities, because the way it ‘feels’ to me is more important than how it technically looks.
ОтветитьIts great if you game 24/7 or watch tv till no end.6 grand?Wow.not my budget.
ОтветитьHow much
ОтветитьHow much for it
ОтветитьWhat’s 6,000 pounds I don’t other countries currency
ОтветитьThank you for honest review. That 50ms input lag on games is a show stopper for me.
Ответитьfake no oled or better get oled and see the diff
ОтветитьHDR? How?
ОтветитьGot lucky with a weird amazon brand Tkisko projector for $200 and it's really great ✨️ couldn't see myself buying another +$600 samsung tv like the one I had that broke. Now I do have a 32inch fullhd samsung gaming monitor that I can use for daytime viewing, then again my cellphone does 4k on OLED so there's options👌
Ответитьwhat is the name of the projector?
ОтветитьIt's good.
Ответить3200 euro for a projector in 2023 ? Kinda expensive
ОтветитьMy question for you concerns heat dissipation. Having placed it in a small room, could you tell me how much heat it generates? I use a projector to play certain games, but I use a television because in confined spaces, the room's temperature could go from 21 to 25 degrees Celsius with a console connected and two people in a closed room. That's the only constraint I see for the way I use it. Thank you!
P.S. I'm currently using an old version of the Epson LS11000 4K PRO-UHD Home Cinema Laser Projector placed on the bolted-in coffee table in the middle of the room, which I love because of the cable management in the floor.
You've convinced me...I wish you would've zoomed in a little more on the ports on the back...I have an antenna for local TV and couldn't see if you had the port I need.
Otherwise, fantastic review! Thank you
Хороший❤
