Im late with this comment but I take Ozempic for PCOS and diabetes. Ive been on it about five months and I've lost 20 pounds. Thats only on the smallest dosage because I can't get pass that amount without feeling like you said a "zombie". But I noticed when I stopped taking the shot in my stomach and started in my thigh all of those symptoms went away. I also recommend taking a multi vitamin and drink ginger tea to counter act any other symptoms if you decide to start again.

I don't have the strength or time to do all that 😂😅😂😅

U do NOT need vaginal cleaner. It cleans itself. As a gyno, anything that says ph cleaner or vaginal soap will throw ur ph off. Not make it better.

Sis, I’d love to see that Dove swapped out with a homemade sugar scrub. Add some bitters and oils to it custom to your skins needs during exfoliation and you have a 10/10 product! If the Ph wash is for your Vag, there’s much cleaner products you can swap that out with too. You can save so much money and actually do your skin better. My favorite trick is body oil and butters in the shower. The only moisture our skin absorbs is water. Lock it in with some oils and natural butters and your skin will glow!
