WHAT DRIVES ME

What resonates with me every day is that the individuals that I recruit for organisations in the UK have a significant impact on people's lives. They could be my friends, my neighbours, people I pass in supermarkets, or, more importantly to me, my family. QPs are the ones who have the responsibility of certifying potentially lifesaving products. So for me personally, I have a duty of care when it comes to the recruitment services I provide at AssureBio, but I also use the podcast to inspire the next generation. It’s quite interesting to think that the podcast could inspire someone to go on the journey to become a QP, and one day they may be certifying a medicine that saves my life.
