I’ve been to physical therapy for my back and neck due to a MVA and getting rear ended at a stop light at 45+mph. The only relief I had was my PT. This frequency finally replicated the decompression that only she could assist with. I can feel the decomposition from my C1 to my lower Lumbar area.

Do I have to listen to this in silence or is okay to have other sounds - like a tv or music?

Does this give anyone else diarrhea? I suppose if I have to choose between crippling back pain or a slight headache and diarrhea. It's the diarrhea and headache any day.
