ОтветитьI used to do like 20 minute thigh workouts but I actually think this one is more effective cause I feel way more burn! Also whenever I need to get through something like a workout or just like anything I always say it’s only five minutes of my life or it’s only a little amount compared to my whole life and that really motivates me!!!! This is also the first workout of Baileys that I have done and I love it!!! For workouts I recommend blogilates, Chloe ting, and of course Bailey!!

I’m going to be doing this everyday and I’ll update you everyday! I’m really hoping this works because my thighs are one of my biggest insecurities.
My starting measurements are 20 inches for each thigh.
Day 1:burnt loads so I can feel It working
Day 2: burns badly
Day 3:getting easier
Day 4:it’s wayyyy easier going this whilst distracted but getting easier
