I used to do like 20 minute thigh workouts but I actually think this one is more effective cause I feel way more burn! Also whenever I need to get through something like a workout or just like anything I always say it’s only five minutes of my life or it’s only a little amount compared to my whole life and that really motivates me!!!! This is also the first workout of Baileys that I have done and I love it!!! For workouts I recommend blogilates, Chloe ting, and of course Bailey!!

Day 2: ❌
Day 3: ✅Done at 2:04 am
Day 4: ✅Done
Day 5: ✅Done. My legs feel tighter the next day
Day 6: ✅Done. (edit: my thigh gap is getting visible, I will be continuing this for 5 more days)
Day 7: ❌I was tired (Iwill do two thigh workouts to make up for it)

Day 4: did it, I might have anger issues but hearing her talk started to piss me off idk what my 😭

i actually did this for like another week but then i stopped because her voice started to piss me off a lot

hi i'm doing this workout until i see some results so i'll start by doing it for 1 week first ! ♡♡♡ (i'll tell y'all how much i lost from my thighs^^)

Day 1:👍 I have never experienced so much burn in a thigh workout omgg! I actually feel so motivated rn !
Day 2:👍my legs felt sooo sore
Day 3: ❌ i had a huuugee exam
Day 4:👍 damn that last split hit different
Day 5:👍still here!
Day 6: ❌ nah just lazy sry
Day 7: 👍 i actually did 3 thigh workouts today 💀💀

sooo my thighs kinda changed i'd say (i didn't mesure sorryyy :/ )
they actually slimed pretty much i don't have a thigh gap yet but in 1 or 2 weeks i probably will !!

I’m going to be doing this everyday and I’ll update you everyday! I’m really hoping this works because my thighs are one of my biggest insecurities.
My starting measurements are 20 inches for each thigh.

Day 1:burnt loads so I can feel It working
Day 2: burns badly
Day 3:getting easier
Day 4:it’s wayyyy easier going this whilst distracted but getting easier
Day 5:much much much easier
