ОтветитьThe mortised level locks are probably the easiest in principle, but incredibly hard in practise with all of the real-life cowling they have.
First you have the door handle outer cowling, then the wood of the door, then the actual lock's own exterior wall. It's made even worse when there are guards in the way. It's hard enough to find the talon at all with all of these considerable obstructions, not to mind finding the leavers inside.
It's all very well and good doing this with a see-through panel, or even having an opaque panel on but with a slit to see the levers being moved.
But when you've got NONE of this visibility, and you're trying to grope around to find out what's what, it's extremely difficult: even more so when you're not even sure if your talon-rotator torsion handle is too long or too short. One would think that these simple interior door locks should be amongst the simplest - which they are but for the colossal amounts of obstructions in the way.
I don't know how fellas do it.
Its too bad not everyone watching these vids are legit. Why bother locking anything, with you tube, even the most mentally challenged can breach most locks in no time...cars houses deadbolts padlocks safes. Yes ive been burglarized and cant leave my home to run errands without these scumbags getting in and helping themselves to everything in my place on a regular basis, no matter what measures ive taken to keep them out. You tube vids make their life of crime way way too easy, from lock picking to how to get past anyones security cams etc. so im guessing most people arent watching these because they lose their keys etc. seriously how naive and trusting are people anyway??? ОтветитьGreat lock picking
ОтветитьI was doubtful but it worked! Problem is, it leaves me with zero confidence that what I have in my checked bag is secure 😢
Ответитьthere is much to be said about How a lock is picked while holding it in your hand , is very different when real world app is in force. Makes the whole process completely different . Plus pratice is needed to devolop the skill to pick locks. These simple non-well made lock are fairly easy , but a well made lock is much more difficult . Also when picking the same lock over and over again is not a true test .
Good and better secutity locks are very difficult if even possible to open by picking .
Very well done. Extremely informative. I've never really tried to pick a lock. You did an excellent and very interesting presentation.
