Please don't worry about cheap people, they haven't a clue! Complete kits are so wonderful as far as trying out a new craft! Handcrafting is not cheap! Like you said, you are doing all the legwork and patterns plus detailed instructions...that is priceless!

Kandye, please don’t apologize for the cost of your kits. They are more than fair! My company makes bead crafting kits for various designers for zoom classes during lockdown and afterwards. The cost of materials are a big part of the cost plus the time put in to assemble/package them. Also account for shipping costs, sales taxes and yes, gas. And when you buy from wholesale companies, there is a minimum purchase quantity which can eat away any profit if the kit doesn’t sell enough. And you offer free shipping after a minimum order amount. Priority shipping starts at $9-11 dollars folks. So I hope people understand that there is a lot of cost factors in your kits and I personally thank you for putting in the time to create these kits for us and the time you put in for making your videos. ❤❤❤ I can’t wait to get my bandbox kit! I really like the pumpkin punch kit! Crafting is expensive and I think the price is very reasonable especially after seeing what is included in it and accounting for your time. You get what you pay for and your kits look like wonderful quality. Maybe I'll ask for one for Mother's Day!

Kandye, SCO is not Walmart. If people do not want to buy your reasonably priced kits, they can get cheap (quality as well as price) items elsewhere.

Kandye, when will the candle penny rug kits be ready to order? I absolutely agree with what you said about the kits. I ordered a punch needle, hoop and monks cloth online and it was expensive. I think they are a very good price! I already do punch needle so I know how expensive it is to buy what you need. So it’s a great deal when everything is included and only one shipping cost. I would love a band box but they are sold out, will you be making more kits? 😊

Thanks for the fabric/card idea. I have lots of scraps left over from making face masks. I am currently making homemade cards for my family because greeting cards in stores are so expensive. I have been priding myself on just repurposing materials that come into my home, ex; magazines, mailers, garage sale purchases of craft supplies. Etc. Now, I have a whole new category of card design supplies! So excited. I’m glad that I saved the scraps because I now have a repurposed way to use them up and continue to save money.

I think the concern comes that the punch needle tools are available much cheaper than 30 dollars. Also, once you buy a kit with the tool, you don’t need a new one for the other punch needle kits, so maybe they should be sold separately. Or maybe have a starter/beginner kit that comes with the tool and the hoop, then the other punch needle kits could be cheaper without them. Either way, I’m looking forward to trying the other kits!
