how do you know this is deliberate??? plenty of car drivers don't understand how long it takes for a truck to stop compared to a car. They think a truck can brake just as easily as a small car can.

Blue Car deliberately went into the lane of the Big Rig.
Personally, the Big Rig Driver should have gave the car the Bubba Gump rear end hit. His swerving may have caused more harm and damage had he just love tapped the Blue Car.

The car was obviously at fault for breaking, but the truck driver should of slowed down as soon as he came over into his lane. The truck driver appeared to be driving aggressively if you ask me.


I'm a truck driver as well, but ppl come into yr lane u have to let off the gas.

One thing I learned from all the crash videos is to drive into the car..

The driver of the car should be charged with premeditated murder of each person who died in that accident and premeditated assault for every injury in the accident

Wonder what caused this all to happen? From personal experience cars just don't get in front of trucks and brake check for no reason at all 🤷

How can they be charged, when their license plate has a tinted cover so it can’t be read? Seeing them more and more here in Nova Scotia, where they’re illegal. Will it take something like this to happen for tickets to start being written? It’s a silly thing, but this is WHY it’s a law. Pretty sure that Corolla driver didn’t immediately pull over and wait for the OPP to arrive in order to admit fault… Probably went home and giggled about it.

Cops only care about speed, if you are stupid its OK to drive tough.

The laws are not fair. The blue car drive should definitely be charged. I see a lot of cars on 401 brake checking others. It should be a criminal charge because it is on purpose.

Let that be a lesson to the rest of you truckers. When somebody break checks you, always keep those wheels straight.

The truck driver should’ve kept it straight and hit the blue car vs what he did. Also, I’m not a truck driver so maybe instinct was to try and avoid the blue car at all costs. I hope they charged the driver of the blue car.

Honestly, we need separate highways/lanes for the trucks to drive in, its truly annoying to have them driving together both for the truckers and the drivers. Drivers are pissed that the 2 lane 401 is blocked by 2 trucks going at 100km/h together and truckers are pissed with drivers being aggressive. Though this vid is a 4 lane 401, and the Toyota driver is definitely at fault.

Truck driver had enough time to create space between him/her and the blue car. Also, we do not know the speed of the vehicles - the blue car may have wanted to slow down.
