Apparently fat helps with the absorption of some vitamins. For instance, vitamin D is only absorbed when take with fat, e.g. butter, nuts, milk. It does not absorb efficiently when taken with water.

Marloes, the terrace is lovely. Just thought I'd mention from my view / the angle of the camera, I was thinking hydrangea plants would be a beautiful touch to your terrace design.

Hi, we are interested to know where you found the metal structure that you installed on your terrace as we are looking for something similar for our house in the charente-martitime region. Most of what we found so far online looks rather flimsy, so it would be useful if you could give more information on it

The new terrace is lovely! The metal shade structure is much more elegant and the whole thing just blends perfectly with the house. I know you will have many wonderful meals in that beautiful spot! The terrace looks spectacular, and the Italy plans sound exciting. I love stinging nettle but haven't been able to grow it in the States, although I bought seeds twice and tried to get it established in different types of soil. I grew up in Europe, and it was a staple of early spring meals. Very nutritious.
