ОтветитьIt happens because you're over exerting yourself. Your body needs energy to process your period and if you dont have the energy you will have less period and you will get more moody because you dont have the energy to deal with life in the moment. This is my non-doctor prognosis. lol. Day 20 of your period Relax and have movie days with the kids. lol

I don’t think a diet is going to fix this. I’ve had horrible periods since I started at 13 and now I’m 30. My mum suffers too so it could be genetic and it could endometriosis
