I play alto and I’m in sixth but I’m switching to bari next year. Any pointers?

The biggest honer there is in beginning band,clarinet to bass/alto clarinet,and alto to bari.These were the coolest kids

Tenor is better and always forgotten, the best things are either forgotten or the hate on them is so forced 🥹🥹

When I went from a grade to another (you don’t need to know my grade/age 😠) , I got tenor sax.
I still have my alto
And I kinda wanna go to baritone

I saw one of my seniors playing the bari sax and his jawline is crazy 😂

You need to do this to b flat an bass clarinet or bass to contra bass clarinet

(Also I don’t know if yall have this but we have an honor band next year (highest level band you can get in) and you have to try out for it so what scales do you recommend I should use to audition)

I actually played alto in 6th and bari in 7th now I'm in 8th and I play tenor

I really wanted to play Barry sax button instead I got alto

I played the alto through middle school and then in my second year of high school i played Solos with a soprano alot

I’m an alto and really want to switch to bari, but I’m worried the music is boring because they usually have bass lines. So, is it boring? Or fun?

As a alto sax player they wanted me to try the bari sax i just was way too short

Dang I’m is 6th grade right now and I’m just now learning the recorder (I do go to a very poor and small school that only focuses on stupid stuff)

Playing a Bari is the best feeling ever. That shake on your lips when you play low notes, that power you get in your hands when you play something dope, that amazing satisfaction while playing a solo/soli. Bari sax is the best(he's number 1 with tenor)

Im in 6th grade and when i get into seventh jazz band and wind ensemble in shooting for all county and all state AND IM DOING SOLO AND ENSEMBLE AND IM GONNA PLAY BARI >:D

exactly what i did. when i first started playing bari, the case was as tall as me. now when i try my alto again it feels so incredibly tiny lol

Ever since like 6th grade I’ve really wanted to play the bari sax. That dream came true when I was in eighth grade and now I’m a senior in high school and still play bari sax and I LOVE it. Too bad it’s a secondary instrument for me tho :(
