ОтветитьThanks bt regarding date when it was developed here i can see 1984 n you said 1985 in mcq typ exams it matters so much it would b very helpfull if you explain this... Again thanku...
ОтветитьPlease make a video on dna replication
Ответить❤️
ОтветитьHow age is detected from DNA...
ОтветитьReally Superb. Simply explained in a short way.
ОтветитьSir Alex Jeffreys 1984 father of dna fingerprint ing sir nenga 1985 thapa sollurenga
Ответитьsuper video! Loved the simple tasks in the end :)
ОтветитьVery nicely explained
ОтветитьIn just 4 minutes u just explained the most difficult topic that's what I was looking for thanks.
ОтветитьCrisp yet lucid explanation! Thank you for this one!👍👍
ОтветитьThanks a lot for this video
This video is very helpful for my exam to understand dna fingerprinting.
so cool
ОтветитьThank man you are a great and humble for us❣️our support is with you..💯
Ответитьi'm still confused what the point of STRs or VNTRs is in the process of DNA fingerprinting. like, i understand how use of restriction enzymes is relevant: specific restriction enzymes work by cutting at a specific base sequence, and because everyone's genome is unique, different people will have these base sequences in different spots, leading to the enzyme cutting at different spots, leading to different lengths of dna in different people. these different lengths in different people would show in electrophoresis as different banding patterns which show the two sets of dna compared are from different people. unfortunately people in the comments seem to be saying the use of restriction enzymes is an old technique and using strs and PCR is the ore efficient way to go. unfortunately i cant see how you can tell the difference between two people by amplifying their strs and separating them using electrophoresis? like ok lets see, we have two people we wanna compare, we get their dna somehow and we find the loci of their dna that varies the most between different people. im gonna take a guess and say that the reason it varies the most amongst different people is because different people have different numbers of strs in this loci? well ok, but then wouldnt it be likely that two different people have, lets say, 13 strs coincidently? and even if it werent likely, and they did have different numbers of strs, where would i go next in this process? do i amplify this segemnt that has the 13 or whatever number of strs using pcr and then run the segments through electrophoresis? i guess if two people were different and had a different number of strs at this loci then one band would show up on each persons gel in different locations down the gel, but im pretty sure the result is multiple bands as you tend to see on majority of the dna fingerprints.... so does that mean that this loci we've been looking at has multiple sets of strs that we somehow segregate into separate strands, amplify them in pcr and then run them through eectrophoresis? but wouldnt that mean we need to use some restriction enzyme? welp.
Ответитьsuper thank u
ОтветитьVery well explained !! TQ Fuse School 👍🏻👍🏻 .. helps me as I share this in my tuition group.
ОтветитьThank you very much for making this video. It became crystal clear to me after seeing this video. I was really searching for this kind of video. Thank you very much
ОтветитьExactly what i need for a quick revision a night before the exam.
Thanks a ton! ❤
thank you
ОтветитьI can't thank you enough, I have my exam in a week, and I will score good because of you guys, thanks a lot
ОтветитьPlease can you write to me what the video said? I want it 🥺
ОтветитьThanks 👍 that's what I am looking for 😊 now i understand the exact meaning of DNA fingerprinting💗
ОтветитьThnks alot fully gotcha❤️
ОтветитьThank you. It was really helpful.
Ответитьஅருமை
ОтветитьMight be a dumb question but what is a Rios?
ОтветитьNice video
ОтветитьJeffrey gave this technique in 1984....this year is given by my book...
ОтветитьThat's an amazing short video on DNA finger printing. Thanks a lot for this kind of video. Keep making this videos. It will be good for all of us.
ОтветитьAmazing explanation
ОтветитьThank you so so much can't thank you enough . I was tired of attending LECTURES on fingerprinting where they make you write an Essay on this and still nothing goes inside your head as there is no way of Imagining it
ОтветитьThanks a lot...
ОтветитьWhat do mean by .like in utube or face book .may be got finger print .
ОтветитьEasy peasy with no confusion, thank you.
Lots of love from India🙏
one doubt, STR are called microsatelites so arntt ehy supposed to be in the secomdary constrictions , how can they be found in the loci? this is a wonderful video BTW i love these animnations and explanations, love from india
ОтветитьReally good 👍👍
ОтветитьThe presentation of content is fantastic💓 BUT I HATE THE BRITISH ACCENT👎
ОтветитьI am tejas Nagarkar I understand lecture
ОтветитьThanks a lot! It helped a lot!
