Seems you replace the R in a word w/ an L and you say under de neath making the word longer, under-neath is all you need. Terrible. To think it must be the minimum size for a human to exist in without going mental with claustrophobia.
Presumably the hob comes later? or there's no need for a cooker hood.
Fair enough it's included, but the microwave, being a freestanding type just sat in a base unit designed for a built-in type i.e- a 38-46cm high m/wave or combi/microwave oven, has more space, relatively speaking, than the person has in the apartment!
In the 2nd apartment, the domino hob should be fitted lengthways, so the width of 30cm enables more usable worktop. As it is fitted here, there is no worktop space to prepare on, when there could be if the designer was thinking practically.
As for 2 bedrooms in 32sqm, all very nice if you are ok to share your every move with the other 100 people that can see in. I'd make it a one bed.
Both nice and new, for a holiday period, if you're a mouse 😅

Not for foreigner. Thai laws won't let foreigner owns the property out right. You need to marry a Thai and the property will be in Thai spouse.

A sofa and living right next to the front door? That means it must be an itty-bitty tiny apartment. 24 square meters is VERY TINY! And when you stand at the kitchen counter your butt is literally touching the opposite wall - barely room to turn around! To pay 26,000 dollars for that kind of squeezed-in space is useless. And in the second unit the entrance to the place is through the kitchen! Duh.
