I flew ANA yesterday for an evening flight and it was even busier than in your video...almost all seats filled! Shower wait times were around 2 hours! It seemed like there was more space in the main airport than the lounge itself. This was a real let down from the level of service you'd expect, especially when the Japanese are famed for timely quality service, this was far from that and really dented my experience of my last day in Tokyo.

It wouldn't have been crowded as much as it was if they didn't also let premium economy passengers in.
