SM City Valenzuela is located along MacArthur Highway in Barangay Karuhatan, Valenzuela City. The mall has 3 levels and and covered parking area.

The mall's atrium has ample space for different types of activities. You can see stairs with multicolor steps from the atrium going to the 2nd level. The escalators lead to oval shaped floors openings, which is quite different when compared to most malls which are rectangular in shape. It has a smoother effect to the eyes when going upwards through the escalator.

As with many SM Supermalls, many parts of the mall utilize faux plants as ornaments. This can be seen in the Food Court, Coffee Lounge and on some benches.

SM City Valenzuela has the usual anchors and retail affiliates, such as Cyberzone, Hypermarket, ACE Hardware, SM Store and Watsons.

The mall is pet-friendly, allocating a space for a Paw Park.
