Upgrade to Windows 10 for free (especially from Windows 7)

can anyone help me i cant find my product key on proccesor or monitor or disk or anywhere not even in computer

in the windows temp files there are things called CAB files that get created for god knows what reason. My win 7 machine had this issue and i recovered over 400gb of space by deleting them.

I keep getting a error that says the file is not a valid Win32 application, what should I do?

I will need to do this upgrade...a.couple of questions I did a windows 7 backup from the Security backup and restore feature in windows 7.. If for any reason it fails...can I restore from backup without loss of data. Also I use a DAW and a lot of Synth and Instrument plugins. Will the update remove them or cause them to fail

you say you need 20-40gb to install, my win 7 partition has 35gb free is there a risk that i run out of space during installation and if yes what can i do? there is no way to free up more space as my dedicated SSD for windows is only 128gb (111 actually) and i got programs and stuff there that i cannot delete
