used to go up to 80 on those shoulder flys in my youth. 20-35. I was no body builder but I'd spend an hour to two hours in the gym with 5-7 sets

behind the neck and anything that feels like a contortion no matter how flexible you are, don't do it. I have to rotator cuffs to prove it and a ripped/torn right shoulder to confirm it. I hope Vladislava doesn't go through this pain. Don't do it.

She is fantastic and gorgeous. Also note one thing - they are both very well developed and very trained but notice the weights - these are not some crazy ass weights - I see beginner guys in gym trying to do the same weights with really bad form. So tip here - form is way more important for developement than just pushing some bigass weights through whatever motion. The problem is that people just watch too many genetic freaks videos and get the wrong impression.
