ОтветитьThis is very similar to my own recipe only difference is I never used cream cheese and I use heavy whipping cream and whole milk for my custard and I top with more cheese

ОтветитьYour macaroni and cheese looks fantastic however I have a question why don’t you put cheese on top of it to give it that nice golden brown crust I know for some it looks appealing and to me it actually does look appealing but I personally don’t like how it tastes because the top part is rubbery I would prefer to be firm and creamy all the way around but it does look good and butter with a crust when it comes to visualizing but yes why do you not tap your macaroni and cheese with cheese
