I would put springs under each rubber contact, and then springs where the tread wheel connects to the frame of the bike.
And make sure that everything is greased up really well.

Please, god, always wear PPE for this type of stuff, especially when grinding, cutting, or welding, lest you lose something. PPE was used inconsistently here.

I don't know if i thought it would work or not but i thought the not Wheels would go in circles but I guess i was wrong. But it also doesn't go very fast so unless it was just to have fun making something and seeing if it will work im not sure about it.
