I love this album it's totally criminally underrated 🎉🎉. This album has some of the most amazing music 🎶 🎵 on it.Mick and the boys really got something going on here with this type of songs 🎵 and lyrics🎉🎉.The Stones will always be the best and that's the facts🎉🎉
ОтветитьOh man, that wah-wah........sublime
ОтветитьThe new Stones album is fantastic
ОтветитьLet it Snow movie
ОтветитьAt the risk of getting everyone mad at me, I would almost bet that Mick co-wrote this song with Leon Russell. According to most sources, it was written by Mick alone around 1968-69, but it sounds like a Leon Russell song in terms of chords and melody. Leon recorded with the Stones, and 3 of them them played on his LP sessions in London in the spring/summer of 1969.
ОтветитьMick Taylor has always struck me as a better guitarist than Ronnie Wood, his solo on this track is sublime.
ОтветитьGoats Head Soup is among my favorite Stones albums. A perfect combination of 70’s funk, soft and sometimes groovy Rock n Roll. Mick Taylor’s guitar work adds the perfect touch to this tasty dish. I’ll have a serving anytime , any day. 🐐
🤘🏻RocK LiVeS!🤘🏻
Awesomely odd
ОтветитьSin dudas, una de las mejores letras de los Stones...
Ответитьwow. seems like 1 year ago. classic.
Ответитьthis album is my fav album by them from the 1970's.
Ответитьthis is another song with NO KEITH, only Mick Taylor. Shine a Light... yes, the song where Martin Scorsese made a documentary, that one too. many several others. Sway, Moonlight Mile, Winter, Hide Your Love... etc...
ОтветитьGreat, great song
ОтветитьCompletely Awesome 😎
ОтветитьQue hermosa canción. Que gran compositor que es Jagger. Los arreglos hermosos de Mick Taylor y la crudeza de Richards. Los stones son un corazón latiendo rock and roll
ОтветитьGreat track....and a great era!!!!
ОтветитьOne of my favorite Stones songs. The wah-wah solo is fantastic! Mick Taylor is the man.
ОтветитьThis will be the Opener on the (20)Sixty Tour.
ОтветитьA great song from the best Rock'n'roll band in the universe!
I love this band!
If guitars could talk they'd ask for Mick Taylor.
ОтветитьFantastic guitar work by Mick Taylor.
ОтветитьOne of the greatest Stones songs! ...and they ignore it! Why???
ОтветитьDon't Have YOUR dogs Spade and Or Neutral On Anything That's Concerns ,What On dynamics Don't Ya
ОтветитьWhat a great song! Will never get tired of listening to it :)
ОтветитьMany, many thanks for posting this track, in my opinion one of the Stones' all time classics from an equally amazing album. Wonderfully written by Mick J and Keith, but what I think really makes the song a classic is Mick Taylor's guitar work and Nicky Hopkins' and Billy Preston's keyboards and piano. Just listen to Mick T's solos and guitar fills - just sublime. A true classic.
ОтветитьDivno! Savršenstvo! Ko zna zna
ОтветитьThis is a great song. This song, Coming Down Again, Winter, and Can You Hear The Music touch my soul when I listen to this album.
ОтветитьGoats Head Soup is favorite Stones album!! What kind of awesome!!

Lyrics:
Went out walkin' through the wood the other day
And the world was a carpet laid before me
The buds were bursting and the air smelled sweet and strange
It seemed about a hundred years ago
Mary and I, we would sit upon a gate
Just gazin' at some dragon in the sky
What tender days, we had no secrets hid away
Well, it seemed about a hundred years ago
Now all my friends are wearing worried smiles
Living out a dream of what they was
Don't you think it's sometimes wise not to grow up?
Went out walkin' through the wood the other day
Can't you see the furrows in my forehead?
What tender days, we had no secrets hid away
Now it seems about a hundred years ago
Now if you see me drinkin' bad red wine
Don't worry 'bout this man that you love
Don't you think it's sometimes wise not to grow up?
You're gonna kiss and say good-bye, yeah, I warn you
You're gonna kiss and say good-bye, yeah, I warn you
You're gonna kiss and say good-bye, oh Lord, I warn you
And please excuse me while I hide away
Call me lazy bones
Ain't got no time to waste away
Lazy bones ain't got no time to waste away
Don't you think, don't you think
It's just about time to hide away? Yeah, yeah!
lazy bones
