THE SIDE NOTE - Ok, we have an updated list of some of the BEST SUVs for Seniors in 2023. A couple vehicles have dropped off the list and others have been added. Keep in mind that this list is designed to reflect the fact that not all seniors are the same and being a senior covers a significant age window, starting at roughly 62 and going up to...well, however long people live. That's a huge window and some seniors definitely have mobility issues that make certain features in a vehicle important while others live very active lives and want a vehicle that reflects that. Beyond that, there's price considerations, reliability ratings and other variables that are considered. Hopefully we hit close to the mark...let us know either way.
ОтветитьI am 84 years old and I love my2023 Ford Escape hybrid. Why was it left off this list?
ОтветитьYes okay when getting in and out these SUVs are fine for the older age people who have problems with this but there is on big fault is been able to drive an SUV in parking, Reversing and reconizing the size of this Type of Transport
ОтветитьВ авто для пожилых людей прежде всего не должно быть много однотипных мелких кнопок с мелкими буквами и значками. А это есть почти во всех представленных моделях.In a car for older people, first of all, there should not be many of the same type of small buttons with small letters and icons. And this is available in almost all presented models.
Ответить왜 국내에성 텔루라이드 안파냐?
Ответить- [ ] Volvo has been a Chinese company since 2010. Purchasing a Volvo supports the Chinese Communist Party, a sworn enemy of the US and Western nations.
Ответить❤
ОтветитьHave driven a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid for almost 4 years. Best vehicle I've ever owned.... Great gas mileage and extremely reliable.
ОтветитьToo big, too bulky, too heavy, therefore needing a thirstier, heavier engine, too high entry {USA Americans,
men and women are on average 3 inches shorter than men and women in the Netherlands! (okay, they are a bit wider)}
A Honda HR-V (European model, not the US version, which is called ZR-V in the rest of the world) is a lot lighter,
handier and compared to the US, where cars are more likely to be raised {while 95% never go off-road
(but apparently going to the supermarket is already a jungle)}, is already being used in e.g. Germany offered a lowering set,
which makes entry easier.
che cazzo di articolo
ОтветитьBest for me is Nissan rogue comportable seat, driving view, safety and excellent performance.
ОтветитьSubaru? That’s cruelty to Seniors. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
ОтветитьTeški šrot...*!!!
ОтветитьЧуть чуть фигня, у нас дорог то нет.
ОтветитьO melhor de todos é caminhar regurlamente. Deixe seu SUV em casa e ande muito!
ОтветитьDriving Kia is out of question. I wouldn't even if the garbage maker gives me a million bucks.
Ответить2023 Buick Enclave Avenir with the factory tow package.
ОтветитьAnd I just thought, also: The Warrantee! If we live another 10 years, Mitsubishi, Kia & Hyundai may be our only choices.
ОтветитьHave you ever considered how far the dealer is from the customer? The Honda CR-V might be the best for an individual, but if the dealer is 50 miles away, not so convenient. And for us, we rely on the dealer for service/including oil changes, etc. So for practical purposes, the dealer must be within easy driving for us. "Straight up one highway".
ОтветитьAnd Citroen C5 Aircross ...
ОтветитьI am looking for a vehicle I only ever need to plug in.
ОтветитьThe title of your video should have been "10 Best SUVs for Wealthy Seniors in 2023" I could not possibly afford the payments on any of these vehicles. You have completely left out the majority of seniors in the US who are living on Social Security. I'm perfectly happy in my 1999 Toyota Corolla that gets great gas mileage, is easy to park in any space and zips around wherever I want to go. Would never use all the unnecessary high tech features in the newer vehicles. I'm not going to the moon.
ОтветитьLexus RX 500 h
ОтветитьMy 2015 Mokka turbo automatic has never let me down.
ОтветитьWhat this 78 year old would like is safety first! Small means unsafe in collision. Sept 5, 2023
ОтветитьI’m 66 years old and most senior citizens that I know will not drive small cars like that I know I won’t
Ответитьမင္းသားက စိုးရိမ္းေနတယ္
Ответить54 yaşındayım ve Citroen C5 Aircross benim ve ailemin tüm ihtiyacını karşılıyor. Tavsiye edilir.
ОтветитьLexus ..
ОтветитьI wish that these type of videos, comparing cars/suv, would mention if premium gas is mandatory.
I would prefer an automobile rated with less miles per gallon that runs on regular fuel.
The cost of premium fuel is approximately 14% higher than regular fuel. So, an automobile that get, let’s say 10% less miles per gallon, but, uses regular gas instead of premium gas may be a better choice when comparing the cost of driving said car/suv.
When you mention that an suv gets an average of 28 miles per gallon, you should also mentioned whether that’s using regular or premium gas. Most cars today are 4 cylinders with a turbocharger which mandates premium fuel. Just something to take into consideration when purchasing a new automobile, especially with the high price at the pump and senior’s fixed income.
I love my 2019 Honda CRV, with my 2.4 engine, 7,600 miles on it and plenty of room, for my 5'11" frame
ОтветитьCaplets fuel system, RUN AWAY! Ford proved that!
ОтветитьWhen I look for fuel efficient cars I don't find the Hyundai Santa Fe. Why?
ОтветитьGood day to you!
I am a grandpa rider on HONDA motorcycle from Japan.
Enjoying camping ,touring and upload video.
Your SUV video is so nice!
Awesome!
Full supported !
Have a nice day my friend!
The unhappiest SUV owners are Range Rovers and particularly JEEP . 😢😂plus JAGUAR 😂😂
ОтветитьMost MAZDA SUV owners I talk to will happily buy MAZDA again… as I will . Higher quality overall and smooth in motion…
ОтветитьHonda CRV with 1.5 litre motor is inadequate and fussy I use according to owners I talk to
ОтветитьThis is stupid. Seniors do indeed have particular needs / wants: easy to get in and out, gentle ride, silence. These are not mentioned. It's stupid.
ОтветитьTerrific! Now why don’t y’all add reliability ratings on all these SUVs?
ОтветитьHow is Ix35, folks? I drive my mother's one currently. Brand new ones are too expensive here in Turkey.
ОтветитьI was thinking about the Forrester used, what year would be worth reviewing?
ОтветитьHeight of door sill, diagonal size of door opening is never noted only ground clearance. Which is only about off road which most of these vehicles don’t do. Same as entry into the rear seat. Manufacturers give the distance between seats but not distance from door frame to seat. Cars are designed for mass market unfortunately but a little thought outside the box would go a long way. Same as putting a child in a child seat, try that.
ОтветитьI wouldn't buy ANYTHING made now... absolutley NOTHING- WAY too much electronic crap to go bad and cost a flippin fortune when it does.. performance is great on the new ones-- for about a month- before this crap starts causing issues.. and all that camera crap is totaly unnecessary.. I'd go LEXUS GX470 or 460 up to about 2010 before I'd get ANYTHING new.. New vehicles are made like crap.
ОтветитьI own a 2016 GMC Acadia SLT1 AWD. IT ONLY averages 28 mpg in town & 40 mpg hwy. Never down, change oil every 6 months 75k miles!
ОтветитьThis video is cheap promotional crap, just like these cars
ОтветитьKIA ,killed in accident
ОтветитьI’ll take an F250 superduty in place of any SUV. In todays bad driver on cell phones, I want some heavy duty material around me and some weight to protect against their poor driving.
ОтветитьI have all those features in my 2019 Equinox.
ОтветитьIam 68 and enjoy my 2018 Mercedes G 63 AMG, 2023 X5 M50i...
Ответитьa senior takes a 30 years younger woman and a maserati and it will much better than a drive with a old wife in a new suv
Ответить
