When disinfecting the site, you clean with one continuous spiralling stroke starting from a central point then outwards and not the back and forth strokes demonstrated here.
Also important not to apply the surgical tapes under pressure as that could cause stasis within the vein. Tegadem is preferred, if available.

Here i find to mistakes 1. paper plaster is not suitable for cannula fixation 2. After cannula fixation before stick the easy fix give flush in cannula if any swellings seen or patient feel pain u should remove the cannula

भाई मैं ब्लड दिया, उसके बाद से हाथ सीधा करने पर नस में चुभन खिंचाव जलन महसूस हो रहा जहां नीडल लगा था उससे 10cm आगे। और नीडल वाले जगह को हल्का दबाने पर उस आगे वाले जगह में चुभन खिंचाव तेज हो जाता है। मतलब नीडल के कारण ही है। अगले दिन से एहसास शुरू हो गया।
15 बार खून दे चुका हूं पर इस बार नीडल अंदर गया तब बहुत तेज दर्द हुआ था निकला तब भी और जब तक लगा था तब तक हाथ में दूर-दूर तक जलन हो रहा था पहले कभी ऐसा नहीं हुआ था। खून निकालने वाला लड़का नया था।
क्या का दर्द है? क्या हवा चला गया है या थक्का बना है या कोई नर्व डैमेज हुआ है? 5 दिन हो गया ब्लड देकर आए।
