ОтветитьThe mind is your destiny
ОтветитьOur minds are our tools - our 4 minds - the analytical mind - the asthetic mind - the reactive mind - the somatic mind - our reactive mind is the one that gets us in trouble - the reactive mind causes psychosomatic illnesses bad behavior & illegal activities. The reactive mind contains engrams - secondaries & locks- the engram is the source of bad thoughts & behavior. We now have a process that can relieve the reactive mind of engrams the source of illness & bad behavior. Read : Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
Ответить❤❤❤...Thank you so much! ❤❤❤
Ответитьan untrained mind creates suffering through attachment, fear, and illusion. master your mind, and you will find true peace. 🙏✨
ОтветитьBuddhism is so right—our mind can either trap us in suffering or set us free. Learning to control thoughts is the key to true peace!
ОтветитьSamadhi meant in Buddha’s Teachings is not Concentration’. 🙏
ОтветитьMind released everywhere, Do not again undergo birth and death. 🌷🌷🌷
The most beautiful message ever ! 🙏🙏🙏
if everyones mind is torturing them then what is mental illness, extra torture? there's something that doesn't make sense here....
ОтветитьBuddhists don't say that. I have no idea where you get your information.
ОтветитьThank you

ОтветитьMortal sentient beings are trapped in delusions and attachments.
Your own mind is never pure for a moment.
If your own mind is unclear, its wonderful functions will not be apparent, and naturally everywhere there will be obstacles in your daily lives.
In the world's languages, listeners often have different dialects and different levels of proficiency, and they often hear nothing at all.
But the Buddha's language does not have the above obstacles.
What method can help mortal sentient beings attain a pure mind like Buddha and Bodhisattvas?
It is the word and sound "Amitabha Buddha".
It contains all the nature and virtues, and contains boundless wonderful functions.
It can include the Buddha's sea of eloquence, and of course also includes the words that all sentient beings wish to hear.
The word Amitabha Buddha, which is a pure word and pure subtle sound, flowing from the self-nature that is free from stains and pollutions.
Everyone who hears it, whether they are people from this place or that place, wise people or fools, humans or animals, can understand it happily.
This one word contains boundless magical effects, and there are many in one.
Every sentient being can get his corresponding part, so he can be happy and enlightened.
This is the state of Avatamsaka where everything is unhindered.
🙏🙏🙏 Amitabha Buddha
INDEED, THERE ARE NO "ENEMIES"......THERE IS ONLY.........YOU....
ОтветитьWe're not our thoughts. We're the observers. ❤
ОтветитьThanks

ОтветитьKindness and compassion are not weaknesses; they are the strongest forces in the world. The Buddha showed us this through his life
ОтветитьNice video
ОтветитьMind is object and consciousness is subject...our true identity is consciousness not mind.. We are often mistaken Ourselves as mind and suffering is the root cause of it..
ОтветитьTo anyone watching this video, may you find peace beyond the noise of your mind. May your worries fade, your doubts dissolve, and your heart be filled with clarity and calmness. Remember, you are not your thoughts—you are the awareness behind them. If this message reaches you, may it bring you comfort and strength.
ОтветитьConquering your mind is the greatest victory. Thoughts based on compulsion, bitterness and negativity exchanged for wisdom, inner peace and clarity is the true paradise here and now. But it is the most difficult victory. Easier to defeat thousands of opponents on the battlefield than to defeat your mind.
ОтветитьI wish the Buddha had a solution for OCD which is the disease of the brain literally clinging. Acceptance is the only way but only by knowing your existence is illusion and giving up any goals.
ОтветитьSo often, we blame the outside world for our struggles, when in reality, it’s our own mind creating suffering
ОтветитьSuch a powerful message! The way we think shapes our reality. Thank you for this insightful explanation—it’s a great reminder to cultivate mindfulness
ОтветитьYour heading is not what the Buddha taught! At the foundation of any sentient mind is Buddha Nature …. mind is not an “enemy”! Your channel often posts click bait headings that are misleading & this is one. I would suggest you focus on discernment & wisdom before posting your Buddhist teachings 💜🙏🪷
ОтветитьAnyone notice how much this narrative is exactly the same as Transcendental Meditation?
ОтветитьThere is something there for all of us ..... well said
Ответить🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
ОтветитьThanks for your insightful narrations 🎉🎉🎉 only those with proper education and analysis would discern this post clearly.
Ответить🙏🙏🙏
ОтветитьOnce You Realize that the Negativity of the Devil with Negative Thoughts you Love God and You Can Overcome Negativity!😊
ОтветитьYes,this's great wisdom, give me more pls.
ОтветитьIs the mind truly our worst enemy, or is it just an untamed tool that we fail to master? Buddhism teaches detachment, but isn’t it also the mind that leads us to enlightenment? Maybe the real problem isn’t the mind itself, but how we use it. What do you think?

Actually "untrained mind is your worst enemy", that's what the Buddha said.
He said also that "trained mind is your best friend "
Compassion is not weakness; it is the greatest strength to transform suffering, as Buddha demonstrated throughout his life
ОтветитьYomy whart go my mild mild good do
ОтветитьI used to struggle with constant overthinking—my mind would jump between regrets from the past and worries about the future. It felt exhausting, like I was never truly present. Learning to observe my thoughts without reacting has helped me find more clarity and peace.
Thank you for sharing
What a meaningful article, thank you. I wish those who see this comment a peaceful and happy life.
ОтветитьEDUCATE YOUR MIND, IT WILL BE YOUR BEST FRIEND THE BEST ASSEST.
ОтветитьWhile we cannot control our thoughts they do not belong to us . we can control our actions .
ОтветитьThere is another "old" video that is titled, "Listen to your heart, your brain in stupid."
ОтветитьThank you😊🙏🙏 for the powerful teaching.
ОтветитьI do not agree, the mind is not our enemy, it is a device of the human body that is delayed in time and is sick from everything bad that it experienced in childhood and is scared because The mind that remained a little girl or boy because of everything it suffered in childhood believes that horrible things are going to happen to it and that is why the mind sends signals of anguish, fear, terror, and anger.
ОтветитьThank you for this great VDO. My thoughts always bring regret of the past and self blame. This will help me with mind homework
