ОтветитьI really liked this one. At the start of it, I was able to only lift my legs up to 45 degrees when walking, but in just about 5 minutes, they went all the way up - it's important to keep everything moving! :D

ОтветитьI absolutely adore your workouts! I have been doing them since 6 weeks of pregnancy and am now at 24 weeks. The walking workouts are by far my favorites! I had been a Beachbody person for the last 2 years. Your workouts are the closest I get to feeling that intensity but feeling safe for pregnancy. Thank you for making this FTM and AMA pregnant woman feel like she is still in shape!!!

Your videos really got me pumped and every morning I am putting one on and enjoy the feeling of starting the day in a helathy way.
