The X2 Pro also has better joysticks than both X2 and X3. A few reviewers showed this: there's a noticeable "stick to main axis" behaviour that won't be very noticeable in some games, but horrible in others.

The X2 Pro is the only one without this issue, using good quality ALPS joysticks that work without any issue. If that's important for you and your playing style, it's another big argument for the X2 Pro.
