You still CAN’t download apps or make purchases and the third one didn’t do anything but reset settings . My expired credit card is still there with an active subscription smfh I’m so pissed

My solution was entering another payment method (different credit card) canceling the old one and then changing it back

My problem is that every time i try to remove it it says billing payment declined and i don’t understand what is wrong i tried the reset settings method and it didn’t work, when i tried to change my region it said it couldn’t change and i also don’t have any subscriptions active…any more tips please i can’t even add another payment method
