ОтветитьI know that it says so in the description but have in mind that for example the first recipe, the waffle has 20 carbs total aprox in the whole recipe, for a Keto diet that is too much, it says so in the description its a Low-Carb Waffle, for a 100g Carb a day (Low-Carb) goes well for a breakfast but for a Keto that should be 20 carbs a day its too much, maybe for a Keto Low-Carb (50 g of carbs a day) would be okay if Lunch and Dinner is filled with almost only Protein.

ОтветитьThe waffle recipe I just made into a big pancake in a little saucepan cooked for a few minutes then and put under the grill as I didn’t have waffle maker. Added a few blueberries and raspberries on top it turned out delicious!
Ответитьjust combine it with OMAD and you are fine xd. who needs "breakfast" anyway. (i try to eat the one meal at breakfast- a bit later - though, so i use the energy up over the day.)

ОтветитьAfter a few years of understanding 'KETO' I see this video portrays the idea that if we switch our ingredients for 'keto' ingredients, we can still have that sweet 'fix' we've been so accustomed to having as a 'treat' . BUT ...
Straight/serious 'KETO' doesn't implement that - instead we fill our nutritional and energetic needs with (eventually smaller) amounts of dense nutrition of the most natural food kind (ie - from the garden off a tree, from a bush, a root.
KIS Keep it Simple. KETO should be.
If noobs to 'keto' see many vids like this they won't even try - the ingredients list is EXPENSIVE and TIME CONSUMING.
Best stick to a variety of straight vegs and fruit.

ОтветитьWith batter that liquid ("filling" for the cinnamon waffles), I'd rather eat the waffles with a fork. Far too messy for a sandwich.

Based on some of the comments,looks like there are a few people ignorant of what Keto diet is & confusing it with Atkins! Had to laugh out loud at comments that said this isn’t Keto! Honestly these are people who think Keto is a high protein, zero carb diet like Atkins! It is not ! Keto is a high fat,moderate protein & low carb diet! These recipes are perfect keto!
