This recipe is the perfect recipe for a moist banana cake, the only problem I have is my cake shrunk after it came out of the oven. It didn't have that nice firm peak after it had cooled down but it was delicious.. Not sure where I went wrong. I used sunflower oil & baked at 140degrees C for about 50mins because my oven is too hot.

I add on some samolina 50g and the rest plain flour, melted butter 30g, veg oil 150g....it turn out so good 🥰🥰🥰 txs for the recipe....😘God bless 🙏

The best banana cake I have ever had, it is super moist and fluffy. After I took it out of the oven all I wanted to do was hide it and eat it all by myself. SOOO YUMMY. Everyone in my family loved it.
