There is some non lethal weapons like beanbag shells and boxing gloves or tranquilizers rifles

You say no killing run but the other factions will have to die or be banished and slowly die dont they? What about a run where even your indirect actions do not lead to anyone dying?

But seriously, FO3&NV have these really organic yet completely alien ways of implementing character creation lol. Even FO4 now that I think about it.

I feel like there are two kinds of "without killing anyone" runs
- without personally killing anyone (with direct combat)
- without causing deaths even by other means (as in companions killing people or stuff like leaving Mr House in the open or ordering Yes Man to throw the general off the dam. things that would cause them to die)

Must have taken an addictive consumable before or during combat & limited to basic weapons mostly melee, unarmed, non semi automatic pistols & throwable explosives (Grenades, Nuka Grenades etc) & can't heal with food seeing as chems are their only priority 😄

Detox allowed but any perks or traits reducing or increasing addiction chances not allowed

Not played & don't intend to play Fallout 4 or 76 but try those if addiction is a factor or as damaging as it is in Fallout 3 & New Vegas

Yeah that is an unfortunate drawback of fallout 4, charisma is never a stat I put much weight in, either I don’t put any points in or I console command all 10 points so I don’t have to deal with annoying stuff
