absolutely love that more groups are using this, especially because i grew up on the sound of anime ops / osts and a lot of j-music uses dnb as their main genre. also super cool to see zb1 be one of the leading groups in this! theyre one of my ults and it's always nice to have your fave groups touch on your fave genres :]

Also, I think u ritgh about hiphop becoming the new trend in kpop. I thought it would be hyperpop, since the big waves aespa made with it, but despite the group inspiring a big trend in bringing back more experimental music they itself seems to be leting the genre to the side. In that sense, I think a more heavy sound is kinda lacking in the industry. Like everyone used to go crazy over hiphop releases like Blackpink and NCT in 2016

This genre of music it's a perfect match with a refreshing summer sound. Hope Red Velvet puts their toes into it in their nearly cb.

For me Zerobaseone are the founding fathers of the modern day dnb rise in kpop
