In this episode, Karlach's infernal engine heart can't take it any longer after the intense final battle against the Nether Brain. Good thing Wyll is able to convince her to go to Avernus with him. Karlach agrees and they both take a portal to the hells. Zariel's minions immediately start persuading them, but they don't shy away from the endless confrontation. So ends Karlach's journey in Baldur's Gate with a new one in hell.
