You also weigh everything which makes baking and cooking so much easier. Anyway, I’ve made the bread from this recipe numerous times now and our family loves it as our go to Sandwich bread. Thanks again for doing such a great job with your content!

ОтветитьGoing to have to disagree that the sugar ratio in jam is a "fixed target" and that a bowlful of sugar is absolutely necessary. I make delicious low sugar jam. It turns out great.
