This is great! If it ever gets revisited, it would be great to see Scrooge McDuck's Vault "The Money Bin" included in the list as he is widely considered the second richest fictional character of all time. At 59 meters tall it would come in right after Cinderella's Castle.

I think Destiny’s tower should be bigger, when standing on the shorter tower built into the wall in D2 you see skyscrapers off to the distance which are dwarfed by even that.

The only way the D1 tower is only 400m is if you’re counting the bottom of it as the top of the wall.
