This seems like a social experiment with all of the press it's getting in the U.S.A. The whole project sounds amazing until you get to the part where people are arrested with out warrants and are not given legal representation. You mean to tell me that not one of those 6,000 people wasn't wrongly placed in prison? That would be a stifling and unheard of success rate. Long live constitutional rights.
