Small attention for non-USA side. It's possible your Visual Studio will show in your country date format.
It means if you select some date (with day >12), it will throw an error. That is because program runs in US format, but DateTimePicker does in your country format.
To solve it, add ToString("MM-dd-yyyy" behind Datetime.Parse() and you're good.

There are more ways to convert it in correct date format, but that is more code. The solution above is simple and short.
