I tried ordering the gymbal and had the worst experience…was told 2-4 days a week later it still wasn’t shipped out I contact the company and for whatever reason bc I didn’t respond within 10 mins at 4 a.m. my order gets canceled…they claim I’ve been refunded till today haven’t got my money back and when I try to contact through the same ways I did before now no response
