ОтветитьAnother little trick to get rid of oil on the top.....very LIGHTLY stick the edge of a paper towel in just the oil, don't get down to the gravy...and the oil travels up the paper towel and pretty much absorbs oil only....keep rotating the paper towel and wallah.

ОтветитьAt the end the meat still looks very fatty and under-cooked. Not appetizing to me. I might use a different cut of meat and put the slow cooker on high instead of low. Otherwise, this looks like a good recipe.

ОтветитьTry seasoning with salt first by itself and let sit for 40 min. The meat will sweat then pat dry then season with other seasons. Otherwise the sweating with interfere with the other season flavoring into the meat.
