Why would you go on the worlds worst cruise in the first place?

One of the most wonderful cruises that I've ever experienced is Seaborne, ultra luxury cruises, smaller ships list people, fantastic shows everything is included, five star meals all the way beautiful spacious caberns, and the best trained staff, 5 star all the way can highly recommend it

I t is wise to always take your passport with you anytime you set foot on a foreign country while on a cruise. If anything happens such as an illness, or you get lost or are late getting back on the ship and get stranded how are you going to go about in a foreign country with your passport. It seems this couple should first learn a little more about safety and travel “smarts” before doing any type of travel blogs. Nice couple and beautiful toddler.

It sounds to me like you just may not be cruisers, although I wonder how you’d do on a better cruise line? I took a carnival cruise for the first time last April and we had an absolute blast. The kids club was amazing, our daughter couldn’t get enough of it, and our son made friends and ran off to play basketball with them every day, freeing us up to enjoy the adults only pool and hot tub which was significantly less crowded. We enjoyed the comedy clubs and other entertainment on board as well, and if anything felt like we didn’t have enough time to do all the things we wanted to. I don’t remember being bored for even a second. But I don’t think it’s for everyone, if you’re not into lounging by the pool with a margarita in your hand, or dancing, singing or laughing with a bunch of strangers during some form of onboard entertainment, then it’s likely not for you.

Cruising is not for everyone and you were adventuresome enough to try it once. But honestly, most of your frustrations illuminated in your two cruising posts are because you were very naive about living onboard with 3000 people. A smaller, quieter ship may have left you with a better impression of cruising.

These comments are ridiculous they where honest about their experience and there's nothing wrong with that. Royal Carribbean would probably be a better fit I think

Go on MSC cruises they’re cheap but carry a very high standard. Very luxurious have a lot of amenities and a lot of activities. They are the third world’s largest cruise line but very inexpensive and they usually include drink package and onboard credit with your ticket price. Don’t let this cruise experience, scare you from cruising try MSC cruises. Also MSC does a deal where kids that are 11 years of age or younger sale for free. can’t wait to see more of your cruise journey experiences cruising is the best way to travel.

Guys you’re on a cruise! It was your fault for not doing the research and booking a ship that gives you things that you actually want to do! But at any rate you’re on a cruise ship, you’re acting like you’re in a prison waiting to get released!

So basically you booked a cruise that wasn’t tailored to your family. You say it’s the worst cruise… when you’ve never been on one. You’re bashing it because you have a child and can’t participate as a Cpl doing things later… also can’t forget having a dry Cpl months not drinking.
I believe you make things how you want them to be. If you’re negative all the time then you’re going to get a negative experience. Two negative people trying to have a good time, that’s rough.
I’ve literally never seen a Cpl complain about a new experience/vacation more than I have watching this video. It has truly turned me off of your channel.
I’d like to see the beans reacting positively and enjoying time together as family with good food and new experiences.
Hope you have a blessed and positive day and land has made you happy.

Thank you. You have pretty much addressed all my thoughts and concerns about taking a cruise - especially on one of those floating towns. I am still a little tempted to take a cruise, but think I will be looking more into river cruises. I did take a Nile cruise many years ago, and really enjoyed it, but the boat was much smaller. At least I can say I've tried.

I think you guys need to choose a very different cruise line obviously you didn’t do any research beforehand , a rookie error if as you say you have travelled a lot , you do sound a bit snobby though . Leave cruising to those of us who love it , I must say we only like the smaller ships not the “ all bells and whistles “ ones suited for families .

It is the old addage that you get what you pay for! You are strapped for cash so chose a budget line. How can you expect the cruise ine to provide gourmet food, luxury cabins, excellent service, a stunning shp with beautiful amenities and wonderful activities all day long (wonderful talks entertaiment, trivia, games, exercise classes, etc.). And you are traveling with a small child who needs constant attention.

As a family with kids you should try a Disney cruise! My wife and I really enjoy them. They also have kids clubs and a nursery(although the nursery does cost extra). This way you can drop the little one off and enjoy each others company. But there are so many fun things to do on the cruise and the adult area is amazing. They are bit more expensive but there is an Alaska one which you mentioned.

Wow, that was intense.....Omgosh, although you talk it up and enjoyed most of your experience, which was fascinating, for me, I have never wanted to go 'cruising' because of the restriction of a floating flat' as you put it, and thankfully I don't think after watching this ever will. I get fearful of the restrictions, & that amount of people in one space with no escape. Thankful that I experienced the Greek Islands (18 in all, yeh lucky) in 1979 and cruised around in a " Yacht , going back again later, via ferries & ended up staying in an abandoned cliff house on Santorini for 3 weeks with a girlfriend. It was fab, had heaps of freedom but there was no vehicular only donkeys and stairs, and fresh baked bread from an old couple every morning, fresh tomatoes and spinach filo, the locals were wonderful, and I also loved Ios & Mykonos too. I doubt if I will ever go again so very happy to see it now, boy! has it changed. I did Europe for 5 months, travelling everywhere, one could go, and loved the Island Capri, and Florence, & covered most of Italy, & Europe, France was also a favourite destination, I fell in love with so many historical towns and people. Thank you for the memories, I thoroughly enjoyed your blog. I will be watching for more of your families experiences & hope you get to make Italy your home...I would in a heartbeat, but have family commitments. So I am happy to watch you explore your destiny. Good luck to you, you are all so Lovely. 🌸🐞

We went with one of the Royal Caribbean cruise ships seven years ago, it was amazing, lots of food and we shared a table with 2 nice families. We saw shows and ice skating performances. I liked stopping off and seeing places. The only trouble was we went with our 14 year old daughter… never again, all she did was moan. She did like dinner times because the food was phenomenal. Not sure if I’d want to do it again as I’d much prefer to visit places. Maybe this is why this couple didn’t really care for them because they have been independent travelers for so long. Something I’d like to try

Cruise ships are notorious for their environmental impact, including high carbon emissions, waste discharge, and pollution of oceans and coastal areas. This includes air pollution from the heavy fuel oil they burn and the discharge of wastewater into the seas. Many European cities have started to push back against the overwhelming presence of cruise ships due to environmental concerns and over-tourism. It’s the worst way to travel.

So you were on a cruise for 7, 8 days and only saw Santorini, Mykonos and one town in Malta, all that for a few hours? What a horrible time management and horrible offer from that cruise company. I would expect that in 8 days you would see at least 5 places and have more than 3-4 hours to visit them.

Like your videos, thanks for posting.
We went on our first cruise to the Mediterranean last fall. We chose NCL aboard the Epic, a much hated boat.
We loved it, the cabin reminded us of our RV. We are destination oriented so we really just need a place to sleep and shower and get back to it. We tried a Transatlantic in spring this year and are booked for two more next year. You have to find a line that suits you. It takes some time, Sea sickness is really the only hurdle. I love the motion, my better half is only slightly affected.
We did cross paths with a Costa ship in port and the two ships went nuts whistling and cheering, it was awesome.
Safe travels you three.....
