The 2-story fireplace and open concept in the living room/dining/kitchen area are definitely my main eye catchers. The use of black steel railing giving it an industrial look is my favorite.

I love having a movie theater/room, and to top it off, having a game room, and a much needed fitness room, are on the top of anyone's list. The master bathroom had a cool vibe with some gorgeous upgrades. The oversize euro shower is a standout.

For many, the walk-in closet will be a main selling point, and Symphony Homes did a good job with the ample space...AND with a window for that natural light. I will be honest, not a big fan of the facade of this floor plan...that's just my opinion.
