As a biochemist, anytime you hear someone say "has alot of artificial" feel free to ignore them, they have no idea the chemistry of why those ingredients are there in the first place and why they need to be there. Assuming something is bad just because you can't pronounce it is such a dumb way to go through the world. Imagine calling something bad because it has dihydrogen oxide which just means water. Just because you don't understand what something is doesn't mean it's bad for you.

The video is really about himself talking and showing off his understanding.( I’m sure he’s 100% trainer) but has no skills to show those protein.
