Where do data analysts and engineers come into that breakdown that you showed? E.g if the role is more of a “data and AI” product manager, and if I’m covering machine learning models and standard data models (e.g no ML, but smarts still needed)?

However, between the two of me and my teams i'll only be able to deliver 1 of the 2 P0 features-- the feature on my roadmap or the feature on my counterpart’s roadmap. What do I do?

Diego, amazing stuff. Was wondering if you can talk about internal transfer in big tech to PM from a non PM role (such as Finance)? What is the process, do people already inside have an easier interview than outside getting in? How the levels transfer (E.g a senior Finance person wanting to switch to PM, does he/she get to keep to the same level or will have to down level given their lack of PM experience)?
