this is my music homework💀
ОтветитьIt's kinda sad that how much love we show to actors while these artists are doing lot of brilliant works.
Stunt doubles, risking their lives. When considering action movies, most of the scenes are fighting/stunt scenes and stunt doubles are doing it, while the character hero/heroine taking rest and getting paid more and more. Also if you consider the superhero movies there are lot of script writing, story writing, Character design, environment design and many, but do we know who did all the works? No. We know who's the actor of the movie, but we don't know who wrote the script and who designed all these designs/animations, etc... We're praising, recognising and giving so much love for every single actor/actress like Rock, Vin D, Robert D Jr, Chris Evans, Scarlett J and many... but we're not praising or recognising these kinda brilliant artists. Rick stunts, this man, and many talented artists are becoming unknown to people.
My wife uses the same excuse for her hoarding…they make sounds!!

ОтветитьCould you please tone down the “shwing” sound we hear every time someone puts a finger on a blade ?

ОтветитьI love this guy and I dont even know him irl
ОтветитьIS that Adam Savage's dad?
ОтветитьThe art of Foley is so impressive and so important. I remember as a kid, playing around with an OLD holmes brand window fan , with 6 blades. stick a clear flexible pipe to it and listening to it. through the tube. It sounded like an ENTIRE 1940s airforce flying at max cruising altitude overhead. Very Foley, and I didn't even understand what that was!
Ответитьi want to do this job!! how? how?

ОтветитьI can look at a picture and tell you what sounds are there. That's what got me into making audioplays when I could. I've even made my own when I've had to, IF I could. Otherwise I just do my best. But I would love to meet him and explore this.
And bearing in mind I'm HoH so this very ironic, I literally can't tell sounds apart in the real world because it all meshes together as One Indistinguishable Noise.
But my ex bf who helps me make them and tell me if the levels are OK loves the fact I think of sounds that he never takes notice of, like if there's a motorbike going past somewhere or someone just randomly drops something that's not central to the plot. Just ambient noises, that I couldn't pick up on in the street if I tried, but I can put it all in there in Audacity.
This would teach me what makes what sort of noise.
Maybe I should look into getting this sort of job since I technically do it for my audioplays and actually really enjoy it, but it's not like anyone would realistically take me because I'm HoH and need someone with two ears to be listening to the program and telling me if it's not the right volume.
Telling his windchimes "Quiet, guys! Thank you".
I bet he talks to all his props like they're his friends.
The medium has lost so much of it’s credibility and momentum that I found it very surprising that I’m hardly enthousiast about cinema’s reopening soon... Being in the “eye of the storm” at the moment gives me a sense of realisation on how bad recent movies have been and I don’t feel like having to go to another let’s say 20 superhero movies before we get to actually see something worth going!
The world doesn’t need more of the same movies, it needs good cinema with different perspectives and new and interesting ways of story telling... Not another “good-vs-bad-and-guess-who-wins-movie”
The simplicity of today’s movies only reflects the simplicity on how society likes to think and I don’t like it one bit!
this guys job is fun and amazing😎🥳

ОтветитьThis looks like dream job. I would like to know, how is his budget for one (average) movie, and what is his most expensive stuff he have it. E.g. Hey boss man, I need that bell $200, will you buy it?
