Ответитьfear of failure. my child is 9months old and hasnt slept a night thru yet. tonight im trying to put her in her crib because shes been tossing and turning in my bed for weeks(may just be sleep regression idk) and im nervous ill just be up all night settling her in the crib instead of catching what little sleep i can with her in bed. im afraid im going to fail, so im stressed and not looking forward to bedtime at all.

Im scaress of my emotions cauee i p usually can't control them so i keep it bottled shut inside only making it squirm and as it stretches and BURSTS into words i sometimes want to take back
Im scared ill be ruined by my emotionall absent / neglectful parents and my future life will be influenced and me having acne will make me ugly or how ill i think getting a guy is all about looks of how annoyingly complicated my mind is

ОтветитьWhoever is reading this, please get yourself stress relief tea by yogi. I have extreme anxiety and for the past 4 years it’s saved me. Hospital visit about 20 times minimum. It works, just hot water and some alone time with a hot shower too.
ОтветитьI get this intense stress, anxiety tension feeling throughout my body that I cant seem get rid of, its usually a tense tight feeling in my chest and upper body, i also feel extreemly uncomfortable, panicky and short of breath. Its like this incredibly unpleasant tension inside that makes me feel dreadful, it can stick around for hours and all i want is for the feeling to go away and to escape my own body and feelings. Ill often have doubts like, am i creating this feeling for my self?, am i the one tensing and can i just relax and stop it? Then i have other feelings and thoughts from a book i read that told me to allow my anxiety and let my self feel it but sometimes i doubt wether im making it worse by doing this. So i go through this internal battle of going back and forth and tryinf diffferent things to releive this horrible tense feeling. Its awful
