This video is required viewing for my Organizational Behavior course at The Catholic University of America at The Busch School of Business in Washington, DC.

In front of influence walks ... respect which absolutely cannot be to buy or to receive by any nomination or promotion. Influence without respect does not really exist. Influence based on respect - this is only way to real leadership.
Real leader is always ready to support team by knowledge, experience. He should be like a sensei, which literally means: "born before you"/ "this is who walk on the way before you" / "this is who show you paths".
It is possible to be an Yudansha wich is only black belt holder or you can BECAME a sensei. Are you really ready for this way? Is your mindset ready for it? Is the circumstances allows you to be a leader and it will not turn against you? Are you really worthy of sensei/leadership titles? This is not only about money or champagne for riskers... but finally at the end about ... respect.
