Jeff Ludy was very professional from the time he came over for an estimate until the project was complete. When he came over for the original estimate I did not feel pressured into buying the windows. Jeff gave me many buying options for the windows I needed. When I decided to go with Houston Window Experts and called Jeff he immediately ordered the windows and kept me informed on the progress of their delivery date. Once the windows were delivered I was called and we set up and instillation date for the next week. The installers were very professional as well, they showed up at 0900 and stayed until the project was complete, about 2000 the same day, only breaking 1 time for lunch. Top notch company, I've already recommend them to multiple friends.
