Even now, anytime I listen to this I'm immediately overwhelmed by the urge to jam out with my Metropolis. This groove hits so hard.
ОтветитьNice 👌
ОтветитьIt is indeed a ‘funky bastard’. 😂 Think I shame name a track that in your honour ✊
ОтветитьCardboard? You ARE a monster. I'm afraid I'm going to have to do this as well, until I can scratch up $700 for the rack I want. Do you have actual rails in there? What are those modules screwed in to?
Ответитьjust got mine after seeing your videos for a year or so...this is a rare module here, now I'm back to get the basics from this monster
thanks
sounds like shit
ОтветитьWhat actual voices are you using here?
Ответитьñaaaaaa
ОтветитьThat is awsome!
ОтветитьNeed some more to sound? It have oscilators? Or i need other things?
ОтветитьVery nice tutorial. Looks like many many capabilities. Well thought out by someone smart. Thanks.
ОтветитьThis has to be one of the best gear reviews ever. I come back and watch it again every year or so.
Ответитьso banging after all this time
ОтветитьThe intro vignette is like a fun documentary
ОтветитьIs that a Cardboard box Case? Wicked!! Respect! Good review mate!
ОтветитьFawk I need this to compliment my eloquencer.
$$$$$ ju$t go ahead and take$$$ my wallet$$$
Rewatching this ready for an evening with mine :-) thanks so much!!!
ОтветитьHalf the reason this video is awesome is because this guy is creating such badass, awesome-sounding sequences
ОтветитьSolid. Can we see the full patch?
Ответитьi can not find the oscillators used in this video, anyone has a link? thanks
ОтветитьClasse.. good job 👍
ОтветитьI wish I understood what you have plugged in to this. You are explaining the module well.. But I am new to this stuff. I see stuff plugged in and I'm like "oh god.. what else do I have to buy to make this thing work?"
Ответитьis there anything similar without all the menu and scale bs, so maybe cheaper ?
ОтветитьI would like to pair it with an m303 🤤🤤 but my bank account disagree
ОтветитьI am sincerely amused by the fact that I “found” and watch this cool Metropolis demo now after 4 years of modular twiddling. Not that I hadn’t seen or even considered Metropolis before. But you bring it to life really. Thanks!
Ответитьgod damnit now i have to buy this after watching this. super good vid
ОтветитьVery Darude...
ОтветитьWhere did you do this, I was in Manchester about this time
ОтветитьTHIS IS THE ONE
ОтветитьI was back and forth between this and a varigate but you described this as a funky little bastard and that was it, ordered.
Ответитьstill dreaming of this
ОтветитьBought one. I've eaten enough this month anyway.
ОтветитьJust rewatched this... This case is hilarious!!! <3
ОтветитьI wondered why Colin Benders had 3 of them. Now I know why. Definitely makes your system more quick and catchy, and more performance savvy.
ОтветитьDear god.
I'm gonna have to auction a testicle or something
that was pretty great
Ответить...also, it's very expensive. :(
Ответитьmylarmelodies i just came back to watch this again. Ive had metro for a few months now and its still ridiculously fun. I didnt “get” all the various features of sequencers, and I realized this wasnt ideal for drums (at least more than 1 track of drums...so, drum?), so i have other sequencers now for drums (primarily euclidean circles v2–also brilliant), but the metropolis is still so unique and immediate and tactile. You have been an instrumental and wonderful guide on my eurorack journey. I follow everything you post; its always rad, smart and usually funny. Thank you!
ОтветитьThat's the rack for me.
ОтветитьIt is a funky little bastard! XD!!!
Yeah this is one of those modules where you have to wonder just how much debt your going to allow Eurocrack to get you into.
Excellent review and demo, thanks.
Damnit! You got me too! Wanna have for xmas! Thanks for this great video!!
ОтветитьI want this fucker so badly
Ответитьso you can do transposing via the aux?
Ответить
